I offer comprehensive online psychosexual therapy tailored for men.
Low Confidence, Anxiety and Shame
Many men feel anxiety about sexual performance, or shame about whether their desires are okay. Consequently, they often feel distracted and disconnected during sex. Trauma can also interfere with our sexual responses. Childhood sexual abuse or experience of abusive relationships can leave men with shame that limits their ability to connect with partners and enjoy a full sex life.
Low sexual confidence, anxiety and shame may all lead men to avoid initiating sex or to refuse a partner’s approaches. The problem is not lack of desire, but the inability to express desire freely.
Working with me
I offer a safe place for men to explore their sexual selves without judgement. I help identify anxiety blocks and barriers, detoxify traumatic experiences, and address habits and behaviours that no longer work.
This enables them to develop greater sexual confidence, to connect with themselves and their partners, and to become agents of their own pleasure.
I provide an initial assessment at a reduced rate. This enables clients to make up their minds
whether I am the right therapist for them, and for me to assess whether I can help or whether I should refer elsewhere.
